is located in the heart of Vancouver’s industrial region and
caters to the apparel, interior design and costume design/movie
industries, but also offers fabric solutions to all aspects of the
textile trade.
Owner Neil Baker is continually amazed by new customers
who have been buying fabric wholesale for years not knowing about
Fabrictime Solutions. Neil’s expertise in the field, convenient
location and discount prices just can’t be beat. Pictured

Fabrictime Solutions has a low minimum order of $100
or 20 meters of fabric (per product). Fabrictime Solutions accepts
all major credit cards, debit, cash or cheque.
Please feel free to browse this site or come down
to the warehouse located just east of Clark Street and one block
south of East Hastings Street in Vancouver. Fabrictime Solutions
is open from 9am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Sewing Room: Hourly Rental
$15/hr
Fabrictime Solutions now offers the hourly rental
of our new sewing room. This south facing office space feature plenty
of natural light and is location here at our warehouse on Pender.
Our resources include: A 4x thread serger, parallel
finish stitch and single lock stitch machines. As well we have a
large cutting table and electric shears for precision cuts.

All prices are per metre, and are FOB Vancouver.
Minimum order is twenty metres per product.
Prices are subject to change depending on availability.
Visa, Mastercard and Debit/Interac are all accepted as payment.

This site is sorted numerically using a seven digit
code.

First digit describes the composition of the fabric:

Second and third digits describe the weave of the
fabric:

Fourth, fifth and sixth digits describe the weight
(oz./square yard):

The seventh digit is the tiebreaker:
- Used when the first six digits of two different products are
identical.
